We handle the full installation and operation of the system, including solar panels, storage units, and hybrid inverters. Post-installation, we continuously monitor system performance using our smart Energy Management System (EMS), which provides real-time insights, optimizations, and proactive maintenance alerts tailored to each client's energy profile

Business Model
Venus-ESP develops and operates integrated energy solutions combining solar systems, energy storage systems, and a smart EMS (Energy Management System). Projects are implemented under existing grid feed-in regulations and tailored to the specific energy needs of each site
We offer two primary financing models to suit different types of clients and property owners
Full Financing Model
Venus-ESP fully finances the project—including equipment, installation, and ongoing operation. The property owner provides the rooftop or land and, in return, receives a fixed percentage (X%) of the project's annual revenue for a period of 25 years
Partnership Model
In this model, the client and Venus-ESP co-invest in the project, with each party contributing an agreed share of the initial capital expenditure. Revenues and energy savings are shared proportionally over a 25-year term
